Many Phoenix Radios used the CES 600L microphone
with an optional touch tone pad. The CES microphones are still
in production and have a number of internal configurable options
available (mic & tone gain, etc). For complete option details
view the 600L
owners manual in PDF format.

* The BLUE +12V wire on the CES600 microphone should be connected
to a switched +12V line inside the radio. On my radios I found
the switched +12V power at point HL57 (one of the inter-board
feed through pins located on the top board near the front panel).
I then used one of the extra pins (pin 8) on P911 as my +12V
power source. Note on the SX I had to cut a trace on the bottom
side of the board in order to use Pin 8 as a microphone power
pin; on the PSX-200 no trace ran to this pin and I just ran
the wire from HL57 to Pin 8.
